我们将一段双人真人舞蹈通过 AI 的手段,转绘为瓷器舞蹈。整个项目的难点在于:双人舞蹈中角色特征的稳定性、AI 画面的稳定性、以及生成理想材质。
"Pillow of Light" is the first AI-animated video ever aired in the history of the CCTV Spring Festival Gala. We used AI techniques to transform a live-action dance duet into a porcelain-style animation.
The main challenges of the project included maintaining the stability of character features during the duet, ensuring the consistency of AI-generated visuals, and achieving the desired material texture.

我们在这个项目里主要完成的贡献是如何使用开源社区的技术:IP-Adapter, LCM, Animatediff, ControlNet
从而完成不同风格迁移及画面稳定性的探索。
Our main contribution to this project was exploring how to utilize open-source community technologies such as: IP-Adapter, LCM, Animatediff, ControlNet to achieve different style transfers and ensure image stability.

我们参与了北京国际电影节AIGC电影短片单元最佳影片《致亲爱的自己 To Dear Me》的AI制作。
影片改编自阎晓暄的动画短片《Liebestraum》,希望利用已有的AI技术,探索对于影视动画工业流程更可行的方案,在长镜头、运动镜头、镜头衔接、肢体语言、细腻表情、景别变换和审美情感等方面去探寻AI影视动画创作的边界。
We participated in the AI production of "To Dear Me," which won Best Film in the AIGC Short Film category at the Beijing International Film Festival.
The film is adapted from Yan Xiaoxuan's animated short "Liebestraum" and aims to explore more feasible solutions for the film and animation industry using existing AI technologies. It delves into the boundaries of AI film and animation creation through aspects such as long takes, dynamic camera movements, shot transitions, body language, subtle facial expressions, changes in perspective, and aesthetic emotions.

除了商业项目,我和 @Simon阿文 还进行了不同风格的转绘探索,内部已搭建出完整且完善的工作流。测试作品在社交平台上也获得了较好的传播。
In addition to commercial projects, Simon Lee and I have explored various styles of transformation art, and we have built a complete and refined workflow internally. Our test works have also gained good traction on social media.
